Thank you for your interest in becoming a functionalhand® affiliate! Here’s what you can expect as a partner:

  • Share and save: Your unique link gives your audience 10% off their functionalhand® purchase.
  • Earn on every sale: You’ll receive a 15% commission on every sale made through your link.
  • Get paid monthly: Commissions are calculated and paid out at the end of each month.

Once your application is approved, you’ll get access to our affiliate dashboard, where you can track clicks, sales, and earnings in real time, along with marketing materials (photos, product copy, and social content) to help you share functionalhand® with your community.

Two forms to complete:

  1. Complete your affiliate account registration by setting up a password to your profile.
  2. Fill out this application form with a few additional details about you.

Both forms are required for your application to be considered. We’ll review your submission and get back to you as soon as we can.
